This Order authorises the issue out of the Consolidated Fund of Northern Ireland of a further sum for the year ending on 31st March 1990 and appropriates that sum for specified services in Northern Ireland. It also authorises the application of certain sums as appropriations in aid for the year ending on 31st March 1990.
